Desired Profile (Man Specifications)
Approximately 6-12 years of experience in the retail marketing industry (knowledge in seafood is must).
Experience with a company in a related sector (Nigerian experience will be an advantage).
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
A proven ability to oversee all marketing, brand development, advertising and promotional activities.
A proven ability in customer care and staff training (to deal with customers).
