Sales Executive - Facilities Management Services - 03 Nos.

Position Responsibilities:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
Identifies Service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities,
and competitors.


Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensure that the CRM is kept accurate and up-to-date
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream in accordance with your
annual quota
Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills


Required Qualification, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience:
B. Com / BBM / Any Bachelor Degree
Fresher / Minimum 1 year work experience in any corporate / relevant field experience


Must have knowledge of computers
Proven ability to hunt, develop and manage mid to enterprise and global clients
Successful track record in developing new business opportunities
Outstanding skills in sales leadership, strategic planning, personnel management, selfmotivated
Excellent communication, presentation and executive presence skills
Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong customer presentation skills
Team player.
