    JD: The role of the HR function is to provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce, create and maintain a supportive work environment, delivered with an emphasis on strong customer service, consultation and communication.

    This is a mid-level role and the candidate should have strong capabilities in HR Strategy and Operations. The candidate should have close to 8 years of hands-on experience in HRBP role. Africa experience oversight is preferred. A PG degree from well reputed institutions with concentration in Human Resources Management is required. Basic familiarity with Dubai and UAE labor laws is a competitive advantage.

    Job Description:

    Primary Responsibilities:
    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, works closely with business leaders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches and integrated solutions that achieve shared organizational objectives.

    Main responsibilities of this role will include:
    Lead and manage the people management related agenda at the respective business unit;
    Actively supports discussions and transfers best practices to respective business unit;
    Take over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team;
    Support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, by ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained;
    Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the respective business unit;
    Build a strong business relationship with the respective business unit, providing HR guidance when appropriate;
    Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
    Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
    Work with senior management and HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
    Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group
    Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of business.
    Effectively managing the entire life cycle of an Employee starting from On boarding till exit.
    Demonstrable experience in employee relations and performance management;
