Total 9+ years of experience in consulting, testing, support and implementation in health care IT
Participate on Implementation, Post-Implementation support, upgrade and other related activities remotely from offshore center
Experience of Tools like Siebel Navigator, SRM, HP ALM
Experience of HIS Solution like Cerner Millenium, Medicom,Gettinge (TDoc) and myCare
Maintain standards for the project management team using Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, Quality Standards and Company requirements
Proficient in managing multiple projects through task, milestone, And objective tracking along with metric reporting
Participate in stakeholders meeting to get approval for new build requirements/specifications.
Participate in domain training and also conduct knowledge sharing sessions
Review internal and external Service Level Agreements to identify areas of improvement
Validated the new build in Certification domain before moving changes to productions environment
Streamlined the operational process and ensure the PMO functions are completely operational
Participate on Implementation, Post-Implementation support, upgrade and other related activities remotely from offshore center.
