    SRL Diagnostics a famous Fortis group diagnostic chain is looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager for its branch in Kabul, Afghanistan. The main responsibilities will include:

    Overseeing the sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth
    Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization for revenue generation through sales.
    Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.
    Developing local marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes of business. 
    Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.

    Apart from this candidate will also be responsible for:

    1. Brand Management.
    2. New Product Launches & Promotions.
    3. Channel Management.
    4. Team Management
    An ideal candidate :
    1. Should be from diagnostics or pharma background.
    2. Should have 10-12 years of experience with MBA degree or its equivalent. Less experience with adequate exposure can also be considered.
    3. Should have good analytical and logical ability.
    4. Should be a target achiever through his team
    5. Must be a male candidate.
    6. Should have sharp ability to understand business requirement and varied economic environments.
    7. Should have strong focus on speed and ability to adapt change.
    8. Should be good in communication and high on Strategic Agility
