Share Point Administrator

- a. Lead Help Desk Technician Minimum qualification is 5 (five) years of experience in Help Desk
operations, 2 (two) years leading a Help Desk Team and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate

b. Help Desk Technician Minimum qualification is 3 (three) years of experience in Help Desk
operations and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in a current Windows Operating
c. At least one of the Help Desk Technicians will have one year experience with provisioning iPhones
and Mobile Iron.
- Network Engineer (Field)
- Inside/Outside Plant
The contractor shall ensure that each of the following requirements are met by the contract team:
i. Inside and Outside Plant operations (2 years experience)
ii. Cabling Cat5/Cat6 Ethernet cabling (2 years experience)
iii. Ethernet punch-down and termination (2 years experience)
iv. Fiber termination (2 years experience)
v. Coaxial cable termination (2 years experience)
vi. Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) satellite dish and hardware setup and tear-down, to
include satellite dishes and other VSAT components to include but not be limited to Cabling,
Feed Horn Assemblies, LNBs, Power Injectors, BUCs, Netmodems (2 years experience)
vii. Experience with various point-to-point telecommunications technologies setup and support (2 years experience)
- System Administrator Team Head
a. Lead System Administrator Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience managing and administering
a minimum of forty (40) servers (physical and/or virtual) and shows knowledge of working with
multiple vendors. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2012R2 in Server Infrastructure
Minimum qualification is 3 (three) years of experience and the Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2012R2 in Server Infrastructure certification.
c. At least one of the System Administration team mush have; VMWare Certified Professional 5 Data
Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) or higher.
d. At least one of the System Administration team must have a minimum of 1 (one) year Red Hat Linux
e. At least one of the contract team will have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience operating as a
