Engineer , MBA in Marketing (regular course) from reputed college added advantage.
Total experience of minimum 10 years in Project / Services sales out of which 8 years should be in Managerial position and in selling customized projects & related solutions. Currently should be actively liaising with key Consultants, Clients and Contractors in the region and have good relationship with them. Should be able to understand the product and its applications and have capacity to engage with the Customer on technical discussion.
Good knowledge of market players and dynamics. Should have credible record in previous employment(s) with duration not less than 3 years in each company.
Good personality, pleasing manners, well groomed, good communication and convincing ability, natural liking to meet and talk with people, ability to create and nurture Client relationship.
Skills required .
Marketing Concepts, Brand Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitor Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, knowledge of local language, good command over English (both verbal and written), should possess driving license.
