    We are looking for a proven leader who has vast experience in P&L management, business development, operations, partner and channel management for Software Services- primarily catering to IOT, Big Data, AI, Embedded, Telecommunication, Hardware, ASIC/ FPGA design verification etc.

    Major Responsibilities :

    Experience in handling various regions, cultures, society and countries. 

    Handled business for large multinational organization. Manged territories globally, lived and worked in several parts of the global ecosystem.

    Instrumental in identifying, prioritizing & developing new businesses, driving fresh customers, bringing good exposure for the company's products:

    Entrepreneurial mind-set with a drive and willingness to be involved in all areas of a new age growing business

    Undertake development activities (meets, proposals, pitches) Network & build relationships with key-people, decisions makers across brands and segments to win new business

    Able to drive and convert clients into successful customers for company's innovative products

    Revenue generation and effective strategic partnerships development and management

    Develop & manage a healthy and consistent sales pipeline to initiate & execute multiple business initiatives

    Ability to understand client requirements and offer company's solutions customized to their needs

    Manage proposals, submissions and bids

    Monitoring competitors and reviewing employer's offering in light of competitors developments

    Humongous experience in client acquisition, client relationship development and management on a long haul.

    Self-Starter, dynamic, go-getter, & an impregnable approach to business development

    Aggressive & Passionate; takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.
