    Experience : 8+ Yrs(relevant 2+ yrs in Windows 10)

    PFB JD :

    Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field. 
    Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows 10 
    Microsoft Certified professional ( MCP) Systems Centre 

    A minimum of 8 years of total IT work experience 
    Minimum 2 years experience deploying and supporting Windows 10 endpoints in an enterprise. 
    Hands on experience supporting end users with software installation on endpoints. 
    Experience managing and administering Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange , DNS , DHCP is desirable. 

    Customer oriented and excellent communication skills. 
    Expert knowledge of windows 10 features. 
    In depth knowledge of various Windows 10 deployment scenarios for enterprise. 
    Knowledge and experience in data backup and recovery. 
    Troubleshoot and fix common software installation issues in windows 10 endpoints. 
    Expert level knowledge in configuring Microsoft Office suite and associated tools and plugins. 
    Manage user profiles and user state virtualization on windows end points. 
    Customer oriented and excellent communication skills. 
    Manage desktop and application settings using Group policy. 
    In depth knowledge of operating system deployment feature in Microsoft Systems Center. 
    Experience building and maintaining windows 10 gold image for enterprise. 
    Manage antivirus installation on endpoints. 
    Manage disk encryption on end points. 

    System administrator skills - Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange , DNS , DHCP 

      Position: System Administrator- CRM Database

      Experience: 8+ Yrs
      Work Location: Qatar, Doha
      Notice Period: 20-30 Days
      Project Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)
      Job Description:
      Manage CRM and its servers (hosted on Azure cloud). This includes testing of new implementation, installing new patches on the servers, maintaining the servers, etc. 
      2. Manage CRM database. The DB includes details of course details, delegate information, organisation details, registration process, payment details, communications, etc. 
      3. The DB is been updated on a daily basis by team members, however; we need a resource to manage the data and see if it is up-to-date, updated in the right format, there is no missing information, manage the duplicates etc. 
      4. Manage Blackboard application and coordinate with the Blackboard support team to ensure that the application is updated. Enhance the features as required by the internal education team. (Blackboard is hosted on BB managed hosting, no support infrastructure support is required.) 
      5. Support the Turn tin and monitor its integration with BB as required. 
      6. Coordination with the website vendor to ensure the best security feature is enabled and its updated on a regular basis. 
      7. Ensure and monitor that a regular backup process is in place by coordinating with the respective vendors
