    Job Description: - Customer Support Associate (Non Voice)

    Client Service Associate(Japanese)

    The Client Service Associate is to help support one of the Social media client, advertisers worldwide through chat, email, and callbacks. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    o Understand customers enquiry and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and callbacks.
    o Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
    o Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required
    o Perform all procedures accurately, including following Client documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
    o Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly
    o Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
    o Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
    o Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes
    o Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and, for native speakers, in their native language
    o The most appropriate product or service to address their needs. 

    Candidate Profile-
    o Any Graduate Should have minimum experience of 12 Months in customer services
    International BPO experience will be preferred 
    Undergraduate should have 3 years of customer service experience 
    o Excellent verbal and written communication skills- ( Japanese/Vietnamese/English)
    o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.

    Note-
