- Should be currently working with manufacturing company will be given preference.
- Experience: Should have at least 10 to 15 years of experiences in Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/Code of conduct.
- Skills required: Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Issues, HRIS, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Labor Management, Labor law, Leave Management, Training & Development, Process Improvement, HRIS, HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, Labor Union Management.
- Education: PGDPM/PGDHRM/ MBA in HRM/LLB/LLM/ will be given preference
