Regional Manager - Middle East

Job Purpose   

To deliver and manage all the commercial and operational aspects of the business across the region of operation through effective team management, achieving sales and assure profit growth for the region in line with business plan

Key Accountabilities        

Strategic  Identifying new business (store) opportunities with regards to the region expansion strategy  


Responsible for achieving the region's budgets, of Total Sales, Gross Margin Return on investments, Gross Profit, Net Profit, and control the expenses Maintain stock accuracy and control stock loss in the stores by analyzing reports (aging, stock take reports etc) and develop action plans Conduct probes for • attrition, productivity, staffing, shrinkage, rent to sales in stores ratio etc... and develop action plan to mitigate the risk on the same using the Corporate guidance framework and expertise
