Position: SAP Support Analyst
Job location: Bangkok, Thailand
Experience: 5+ years
Duration: 1 year Contract (subject to extend)
Incident & Change Management
Use ITSM to manage day to day support
Responsible for 24x7 support of named systems
Creation and Maintenance of system alerts
Assist other EMIT teams with changes as required
DR test implementation & coordination
Regular system maintenance tasks (maintain RFC, SAP Profiles, File system cleanup, login groups/load balancing, etc.)
Monitoring & Proactive system health
Capacity Monitoring (CPU, Disk, Spool, Memory, etc.)
Early Watch reporting
Performance health metrics
Participates as Level 3 support in troubleshooting exercises involving Build issues.
Works with customers (internal) to understand how user (business) issues are related to the technical (SAP) infrastructure
- Primary Skill set
3- 5 years of experience in Multiple releases of SAP R/3 (3.1, 4.0, 4.6, ECC6) + Suite on HANA + HANA database, required troubleshoot and implementation experience, at least 1 full cycle implementation experience required.
Interface knowledge - SAP & Non-SAP.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English writing & verbal
