Position: Buyer / Senior Buyer - Menswear
    Handle Range planning, Range Finalization, timely launch of the season range
    Manage costing and production merchandising
    Coordination with design and sourcing to ensure plans are adhered and deadlines are met.
    Work with the Buying team in defining product ranges for the category(s) within set budgets
    Participate in the range planning process and assortment plans for the category(s)
    Maintain high level of product expertise, assist in ensuring that the product is bought within the acceptable standard norms of quality and fit
    Coordinate and ensure the display systems, methods and Visual Merchandising in the respective category are in line with Visual Merchandising.
    Assure pre-production quality check is executed in a timely manner with the quality control manager collaboration
    Coordinate with the Central Distribution Center, Quality Controllers, Stores, Visual Merchandising department and any other functions on issues related to Brands and Merchandise
    Coordinate with Vendors/suppliers to ensure timely refills of merchandise as per OTB (Open to Buy) Rules
    Update the competitors analysis sheets including prices, physical appearances of categories, etc.
    Research fashion trends and prepares bulletins/ mood boards to assist buyers
    Assist in Price Sales Ratio (pre. and post) for onward product range building/assortment planning
    Ensure that personal behavior reflects the vision and values of the business
    Guide and collaborate with the Buying Coordinators
    Conduct periodic store visits to collect feedback from the stores
