    Position: Technical Office Manager
    Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering - preferably Mechanical

    Job Responsibilities:

    Verify that engineering schedule and cost are in line with planning.
    Select and technical approve of engineering subcontractor offers, plans and key personnel.
    Attend the KOM with Client and engineering subcontractors.
    Support the Cost Control, monitoring and forecasting activities in the engineering disciplines.
    Schedule and organize design verification meeting.
    Verify that contract required project performances are met.
    Verify that engineering management is in accordance with company specifications and requirements.

    Lead the multi-disciplinary engineering team.

      Position: QC Lead E&I Inspector
      Qualification: E&I Diploma
      Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience

      Job Requirement:

      Preferebly to have Experience in Kazakhstan. Knowledge of RoK Rules such as "Rules for E&I Equipment Installation

      Job Responsibilities:

      Inspection of E&I construction activities, installation of transformers, substation, cathodic protection, fiber optic cable installation. 
      Manage of E&I Laboratory.
      Position: Process Engineer
      Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering OR Environmental Engineering
      Experience: Minimum 10 years 5 years in a similar position in Wastewater Treatment Sector

      Job Requirement:

      Conversant with analysis and design on ASPEN HYSYS, Smart Plant P&ID, and AUTOCAD.

      Job Responsibilities:

      To carry out FEED, FEED Verification & Detailed engineering works relevant to Process Discipline which will include but not limited to the following:
      Process philosophies / Basis of Design
      Hydraulic analysis
      HMB (Heat & Material Balance)
      Utility sizing & design.
      Preparation of PFD / P&ID / UFD, datasheets, etc.
      Equipment sizing & selection
      Studies, analysis & reports such Feasibility, EIA, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Fire & explosion, Hazard, Material selection, etc.
      Preparation of MRs and TBEs and review vendor drawings to support procurement activities
      Concepts development & selection of the right concept; conducting concept workshop with Client/End user.
      To handle the process discipline work independently and liaise with engineering subcontractors/other disciplines and process equipment suppliers as applicable.
      Prepare a detailed Process discipline work execution schedule that is coordinated and compatible with the other engineering disciplines.

      Position: Lead Planner / Planning Engineer
      Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Civil / Mechanical
      Experience: Min 8 Years and 5 Years experience in similar position in oil & gas field

      Job Requirement:
      Expert level skills in scheduling tools like Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.
      Familiar with Microsoft Office, database management and graphic representation tools
      Work experience in CIS countries is desirable

      Job Responsibilities:

      Preparation of Resource loaded detailed scheduled as per project requirement as per instructions of Line manager.
      Ensures that the development schedule follows the project start, completion and all intermediate milestones.
      Produce graphical representation of schedule in scheduling tool like primavera and Microsoft Project.
      Develop and update resource histograms and forecasts.
      Develop material requirement schedule, equipment schedule, mobilization schedule based on the planned schedule of work.
      Provide other domain specific contribution as required relevant to project controls as per client/project requirement.

      Position: Maintenance Technician
      Qualification: Diploma / ITI - Mechanical / electrical 
      Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of various construction equipment

      Job Requirement:

      Proven experience as maintenance technician
      Understanding of core Industrial construction equipment (DG, welding machines, crane, hydraulic equipment, machinery, tools & tackles etc.)
      Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds of weight unassisted

      Job Responsibilities:

      Responsible for performing maintenance works on construction equipment such as diesel generator (DG), welding machines, crane, hydraulic equipment, machinery, small tools, etc.
      Should be able to read and interpret drawings, system specifications, equipment maintenance manual, and forecast spares requirement, maintenance cycle and implement preventive measures.
      Able to identify the cause of any fault in equipment under his care, know how of test equipment
      to identify spares requirement and help procurement to order such items in advance
      Perform preventative maintenance through inspection of equipment/systems and components
      Able to identify critical spares/services requirement
      Ensure all work performed according to company safety regulations, codes and specifications.
      Ready to travel at work/construction site for any onsite maintenance requirement on short notice.
      Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
      Position: Concrete Quality Control Engineer
      Qualification: The CQCE shall be at least equivalent to a Member of the Institute of Concrete Technology (MICT)
      Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience at concrete batch plant
      Salary: Salary is not a constraint for a good candidate

      Job Requirement:

      The CQCE shall not report to his/her own Company's site Construction
      Company's site Construction
      Management but to his/her own Company's
      Management and to the Engineer.

      Job Responsibilities:

      Has no other duties than to ensure that concrete is properly produced, placed, cured and protected.
      Prior to start of concrete work the CQCE shall prepare for approvaI a Quality Control Programme for the inspection and testing of concrete and the maintenance of all reports and records, to meet the requirements of this Specification (A3080-6000-SPE-AC-107.4).
      The CQCE shall be authorized to
      a) Postpone concreting operations until outstanding requirements are corrected.
      b) Reject materials or workmanship which do not conform to this Specification.
      c) Prevent the use of equipment which could cause improper construction relative to this specification.
      d) Stop any work which is not being done in accordance with this Specification.
      e) Report within 24 hours and provide records to and as required by the Engineer upon discovery of non-compliance
