- Customer Handling: Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing quality services to meet individual customer needs over phone calls and emails. Quality of tickets issued should be with no errors/ overwriting, all endorsements/ codes are mentioned, no mistake in fare calculation/ prorations / deals/ refunds is made, no debit and ticket time limits are followed.

Cost Control: Ensure cost control by critically looking at all expenditure items
Reduce collateral outage at the counter to zero percent.
Reduce transaction/ error to zero percent and thereby ensure that no debit notes are
issued as a result of error in ticketing
