Competitive landscaping, Product portfolio Rationalization, Pricing for the assigned region.
Leading the Branding initiative for the region including Product/Brand Launches, Launching Sales promotion schemes, Exhibitions etc.
Involvement in New Product development: For this one need to keep interacting with the R&D and Sourcing Centers to ensure product development and positioning to enhance brand connect .
