    Develop in partnership & execute a strategic and global sourcing strategy in line with current and future needs of the category.

    Sourcing strategy will align with Brand initiatives around innovative product, speed, cost reduction, quality, mitigation of risk, supplier continuity, and utilization of emerging markets/opportunities.

    Sourcing strategy must align with new initiatives including new concepts & international expansion.

    The job holder will analyse and work in improving supply chain leadership in partnership by rolling out the social compliance for all departments, work closely with vendors and mills, fabric standardization, factory evaluation & scorecard process and drive projects that could benefit long-term. 

    Strategic oversight and management of the full production process including: final product allocation; production flexibility; monthly capacities; machine capabilities. 
    Facilitate and execute the Category design vision through strategic product development and management of pre-production/production process and calendars
    Create and maintain an environment that allows for Fabric First and delivers designs vision through right-first- time development within Brand aligned line plans and target adoption rates.
    Support Merchants needs and business requirements by aligning sourcing base with calendar and product needs; including late add-ons, chase product, quick-turn styles, web-exclusives and test product.
    Understand fabric, cost break-down, lead-time & supply chain technicalities. 
    Some travel required internationally, as needed for business support & initiatives
