Roles and responsibilities:

    o Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

    o Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

    o Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.

    o Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

    o Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.

    o Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

    o Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    o Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

    o Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

    o Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

    o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
      o 2 to 5 years hands on experience in a reputed manufacturing company.

      o Previous experience in working with Japanese companies is an advantage.
      o Proficiency in Japanese Language is a must.

      o JLPT N5 or equivalent or above preferred.

      o Should be a go getter & self-motivator.

      o Must have good interpersonal skills.

      o Good communication/ convincing skills.

      o Having complete knowledge of Ms Word.
