Position: Indian Curry Chef
    Roles and responsibilities : 

    o Have a full operational knowledge of all Indian Curry Recipes, standards, portion sizes and presentation style of dishes produced within the kitchen.

    o Assist in the creation of menus (taking into account food and labour costs).

    o Discuss food preparation issues with the manager and other staff and monitor the preparation and presentation of the dishes.

    o Work with the management and set daily and weekly production levels for the kitchen.

    o Maintain stock levels according to requirements of business and understand how this can have an effect on food costs.

    o Implement and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety Requirements.

    o Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.

    o Ensure food prepared in the kitchen is of highest possible standards.

    o Be responsible for the supervision and training of the junior kitchen staff.

    o Deal with food complaints efficiently.

    o Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
      o Should be a go getter & self-motivator

      o Proven experience in relevant role

      o Must have good interpersonal skills

      o Must have min. 5 years of experience as Indian Curry Chef
