Restaurant Operation Manager
- Operations Manager is responsible for End to End branch operations of the concerned location
Responsible to handle walk in customers for the basket of services.
Responsible to handle existing customer walk ins for service matters.
Responsible for cross sell to new walk ins and up sell to existing customers.
Conduct Tele calls to satisfied customers from the data on hand for generation of repeat Business.
Responsible for ensuring proper bookings have been done by coordinating with the Booking operations Manager.
Responsible for ensuring proper follow up is done with Hotels/car vendors, restaurants and other service providers to ensure smooth and timely execution of the booking as per the Order.
. Responsible to continuously communicate and engage with the customer while on tour to collect feedback of On tour experience and immediately resolve any client related issues.
. Responsible to Plan, manage and drive the team alloted in acheiving the above mentioned Objectives
- 7+ years experience
- Check freshness of food and ingredients
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
Hire, train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards
