- Experienced in leading a comprehensive kitchen in a big restaurant or catering company.
- With no less than 30-40 people reporting to him.
- Needs to be a Master Chef knowing all food categories (hot kitchen, bakery.etc)
- Good knowledge about Arabic cuisine
- His performance objective is consistent high quality food coming out from his kitchen , consistently, with most efficient time and cost.
- Capable of managing 4 sub-kitchens under him, each with a cook.
- One for hot foods, bakery, suites and salads
