URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR QATAR

    1. Minimum 3- 7 Years experience in same filed

    FMCG / retail experience will be preferred

    Expertise in ERP System and knowledge of retail function 

    Middle East experience will be an added advantage

    Manages all inventories in compliance with the organizational inventory Management Policy.

    provides direction , supervision and necessary training to inventory Associates

    Coordinates monthly / annual stock takes

    Maintains the intergrity lf the Inventory Database by keeping inventory, locations and any system configuration data up to date

    maintains inventory levels by monitoring and analysing inventory movement, and adjusting stocked items in case any correction.

    Supervising inventories based on company requirements, with investigation, correct count, inventory discrepancies work out.

    Produces regular inventory analysis reports for decision-making

    Develops sound working relationships within the Management Department , Procurement and Finance, as well as internal warehouse.

    Implements policy and complies with procedures, policies , regulations and standards in inventory managements,

    Works collaboratively with departments to realize opportunities for improvement in practices and supports the achievement of business goals,

    Computer Literate (good MS Office Skills and must be thorough with usage of MS Excel )

    Excellent numeric skills and communication skills in English is essential must show proven experience of handling large stocks.
