    I have one client in particular that is looking for Embedded Software Developers with Networking/C/C++ experience. They will sponsor candidates from overseas to come work here for them, they do not need to have a PR in hand. Im including the job description below:

    Top Three Skills:
      
      
    - 5+ years C/C++ software development in Linux or RTOS environment
    - Experience in data plane within switching SDK, preferably Broadcom
    - Any NPU SDK (Network Processor Unit) experience 

    Job Description: 

    The candidate will be developing Network OS (NOS) features spanning across L2, L3, MPLS technology areas.

    This is a new project with an existing client of client. The project is to work with clients parent company (headquarters in California, no offices in Canada, except us as Canadian subsidiary). We have been working with them for a number of years, and this time the team is expanding, and looking for resources to fill 2 or 3 different teams within that project.

    Client provides software consulting and development services to companies that develop network communications products for network infrastructure, media systems and security addressing the need of the technological shift to the cloud paradigm. We focus on the acceleration, security, and accuracy of data packets. 

    Qualifications
    : 

    **Client can sponsor candidates from other countries to come work in Canada**

    1. Experience in data plane within switching SDK, preferably Broadcom, such as:
    Packet Forwarding Infrastructure
    L2 packet processing
    OAM Processor (OAMP) knowledge such as CFM processing 
    Clock Synchronization
    L2/L3 QoS
    2. Any NPU SDK experience
    3. C/C++ development on embedded or application software

    ****MPLS is a nice to have*****
