    We have an urgent opening with one of our clients, the details of which are as mentioned below.
      Job Location: Dubai (UAE)

    Position: Treasury Officer

    Experience: 8 to 10 years (4-5 years preferably in UAE)

    Industry: Retail industry experience preferred

    Salary: AED 6000 -7000 per month + Visa + Airticket + Medical Insurance (Single Status)

    Gender: Male

    Educational Qualification: Relevant degree 

    Skills Required:
    • Commerce Graduate / PG , Candidate with CA / ICWA Inter will have preference.
    • 8-10 years total year of experience and 4-5 years of relevant work experiences preferably in the UAE. Banking / Manufacturing and Retail experience will be an advantage
    • Working knowledge on LC preparation. Knowledge of UCP 600 guideline and ICC Publication.
    • Working experience on Letter Drafting, preparation of board resolution
    • Sound accounting concepts and excellent understanding of accounting transactions at all levels.
    • Working knowledge of Navison 2009 or any other ERP
    • Advanced knowledge of working in financial models in Ms. Excel .
    • Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work to meet strict deadlines.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Dealing with bank on daily basis with respect to treasury and trade related activities
    • Preparation Import Letter of Credit preparation as per the UCP 600 Guidelines Knowledge of Inco-terms
    • Verification of Export Letter of Credit verification and export documents preparation.
    • Verification of various type of import documents LC based, DP based, DA based etc on daily basis.
    • Very good command over English- written as well communication which is required for preparation bank correspondence and dealing with bank officials on regular basis
    • Experience in Trade documentation
    • Experience in Accounts and finance
    • Passing journal entries, verifying the accuracy
    • Preparation of Financial Statement and bank reconciliation
    • Preparation of Board Resolutions for Accounting Opening, organizing and managing the account opening task.
      Position: Executive Secretary

      Job Location: Dubai (UAE) - Jebel Ali Free Zone

      Gender: Female

      Salary: AED 8000 - 9000 per month

      Age: 35 to 45 preferably

      Requirement: Graduate with good communication skills and should have worked in similar role assisting Sr. Management professional

      Primary duties: Diary and Travel Management, Coordination with the team (Division Heads in this case) and any other ad hoc duties
      Experience: UAE work experience a must-have
