    The ideal candidate should be well versed with all types of cuisine, he would be Incharge of the following:
    Make the daily kitchen requirements
    daily budgetary report 
    monthly inventory and closing stock
    Prepare desired dishes as per the standards 
    Maintain hygiene in and around the workplace 
    Ensure the food pick up is on time 
    Ensure food is of the best quality 
    Ensure proper safety measures 
    Submit daily event reports

    Good personality, excellent communications skills and computer literate

    Qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management
    Age: not above 45 years
    Salary: Best in the industry
    7+ years experience
