- Job Description :
- Graduate with ITIL certifications
Experience : 5+years
- Should have worked in major Corporation companies with a minimum of 500 users.
- Experience in the Ticketing
- ITSM is a must.
- Familiar with ITIL standards
- Level 1/2 support in Desktop basic networking, printers, Operating systems
- Good Communications Skills in handling Client requests
- Updating and follow-up clients request
- Proof of employment and experience in major setups with more than 500 Users
