- Degree in IT- BSC Software engineering from a recognised University.
- Minimum of 2-3 years CRM system implementation experience.
- Experience with CRM would be helpful, but will consider experience with other current CRM systems.
- Software development experience on any CRM solution will be a definite advantage
- Domain knowledge on all modules of CRM (Sales, Marketing and Customer service module)
- Good documentation skills, particularly in system design specification
- Ability to work on his/her own initiative and within a team environment
- Ability to gather and support business requirements
