Warehouse Manager/Store Manager/Inventory Manager

Any Graduate + MBA must 10-15 years in comparable role.

Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff. Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures. Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages. Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers. Monitor daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory. Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory. Supervise the placement of orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus. Analyze data to anticipate future needs.

Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure. business goals are met. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. To ensure monthly physical stock taking. To ensure daily reconciliations of material issued / transferred with requisitions. To ensure the fully implementation of Health Safety and Environment Company rules & regulations. Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Related to Residential / High Rise Building Construction Experience required.
