    Job responsibilities 

    > Managing the company's pensions and benefits payments as well as maintaining payroll accounts and employee records.

    > Coordinate and manage the payroll process for the organisation

    > Team of Payroll handling and ensure they are carry out their duties correctly

    > To prepare the payroll reports to support the company account

    > The Payroll Manager is required to check and audit all payrolls to ensure legislative and awards compliance (tax compliance, Gratuity, new amendments in compliance etc.) is followed.

    > Calculation, payment and reconciliation of group tax in excel format

    > Maintenance of staff payroll and tax records

    > CSR reports, Balance monthly accounts and submit reports to the company's Finance department

    > Manage systems and suggests changes/upgrades as and when required

    Candidate requirements

    MBA - HR / MSW having 10 to 15 years exclusive experience in Payroll Management in a large Manufacturing Industry preferably Garment Industry

    Note :
    a. This position is URGENT and hence selected candidate should be in a position to join at short notice

    b. Candidate should be medically FIT and have sufficient domestic and official clearance in relocating to Jordan.

    c. Candidate must have experience in payroll process in large manufacturing company preferably garment industry Only requested to apply
