    Job Opportunity for Warehouse Officer - West Africa 

    Job Description
    10 to 15 years Experience
    Industry - Oil and Gas or Manufacturing.
    Qualification - BE / Btech- Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation
    Diploma - Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation

    Understanding about overview of project and finalizing the main Stores 
    & various stock yards considering project layouts.
    Establishing Project Site Stores and sub stores.
    Local Market study and mobilisation of basic materials, tools, basic amenities and transporters.
    Selection of team members, supervisors, store helper etc. 
    and creating Job Description, KRA setting & Performance Evaluation of team members. 
    Educating about stores procedures and Implementation at site.
    Managing Preservation & Stacking of Stores & Spares.
    Various Monthly Report for Stores, Bulk Material Reconciliation & PV of stock.
    Strategically manage the movement and storage of materials.
    Close monitoring of Scrap, Reconciliation and Disposal as per management direction.
    Managing Site Procurement includes various consumables, safety materials, QC lab & other materials, furniture etc.
    Ensure right Spares & Services at right time, price, quality and quantity

    Good Knowledge of Warehouse Terminology - FIFO,LIFO,ABC AND XYZ Analysis.
    SAP Knowledge added advantages
     

    Africa/Gulf Experience will be an added advantages
