- 1) Candidate Must Have a degree / diploma in Hotel Management.
2) Candidate must have good Experience in South Indian, Indian and Continental Cuisine as well.
3) Candidate Should be able to prepare fusion dishes and also should be able to Handle the Restaurant along with Menu Planning, Menu Designing & Development and should also Maintain the necessary HACCP Standards.
4) Candidates must have minimum Experience of 8 Years
