- Establishing financial strategy and policy for the long term health of the group and lead the Finance and Risk Management covering Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Treasury Operations, Fund Management, Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis
Formulate and administer the overall strategic financial plans and business controls based on company policies.
Manage and prepare annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis on the same to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. Corporate financial business processes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Managing finance functions involving determining financial objectives and designing & implementing policies & procedures to facilitate financial & process controls. Implementing financial results forecasting system for providing accurate future results projections & budgeting system.
