    Job Description --
    Engineering graduates with minimum 5 years experience preferably in the gulf. Well versed in joinery concepts and be able to read technical drawings. Computer with working knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
    Responsible for coordinating day to day operations in compliance with contract program, administration of matters related to H&S, avoidance of risks, and advance requisition of all materials. Monitoring internal QA procedures and associated paperwork. Verifying works through inspections. Maintaining healthy & safe working environment site planning, organizing and distributing work load / assignments to supervisor to ensure smooth flow of projects and facilitate task completion. Coordinating with consultants, clients, multiple sub-contractors and workers.

    Skills & capabilities:
    Worked under complex & maximum pressure and completed the task given time limit.
    Has good understanding of the methodologies used in the construction filed.
    Like to take initiative in complex and challenging tasks.
    Highly energetic, independent with strong technical skills, self-motivated, sound grasping power and willingness to accept new challenges.
    Planned and scheduled production of designs and drawing in time sensitive, high volume environment.

    HR / Administrative Assistant

    Salary Offered -- BD 350 - 400

    Experience Field - 3 Years of experience in Oil & Gas

    Contract : 2 Years and renewable

    HR Assistant Responsibilities:

    Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. 
    Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. 
    Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators. 
    Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. 
    Maintain calendars of the HR management team. 
    Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation. 
    Assist with performance management procedures. 
    Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. 
    Coordinate training sessions and seminars. 
    Perform orientations and update records of new staff. 
    Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. 
    Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors. 
    Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews. 
    Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice. 

    HR Assistant

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential). 
    3 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential) as well as experience in the Gas & Oil drilling field. 
    Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations. 
    Effective HR administration and people management skills. 
    Exposure to payroll practices, timesheets.
    Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. 
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    Works well under pressure
