Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing all health and safety related policies and procedures in organization.
Ensures that the company complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling, storage, usage & disposal
Reviewing the HSE Regulations, procedures and guidelines
Maintaining the safety and security of the organization
Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned geographic area.
write reports detailing health and safety within the organization
Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect public safety
Go into the field to investigate environmental accidents and other public safety concerns within the organization.
To design training programs to provide safety awareness education.
Lead overall construction safety plan development & review
Develop & deploy cross site safety standard & practices
Develop & execute site safety management system
Track & report safety database on a weekly basis
Develop project work permit system
Lead weekly safety meeting
Lead safety incident investigation & documentation
Requirements- Should hold a relevant Bachelors Degree
At least 3-5 years of experience in the same field
Should be able to and review safety hazards and come up with control measures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the applicable HSE policies, laws as well as regulations Strong knowledge of environment management practices
