    HR Analytics:
    1. Develop and extend existing HR /reports ( Recruitment + HR Services + Comp + Benefits) in order to present to senior Management
    2. Develop SLAs for teams

    Comp and Ben :
    3. Responsible for handling and managing the Annual and Off-Cycle Salary Review, Promotion and Short-Term Variable Pay for the regions, inc processing employee increase letters
    4. Calculations of Bonus and KPI achievement
    5. Create Policy framework as applicable
    6. Create Process documentation Audit HRMS Data periodically
    7. Participate in compensation surveys and liaise with the survey providers through the year for updates and market related information
    8. Benchmarking of compensation across countries to arrive at a competitive salary framework
    9. Formulating and reviewing various HR Policies and Draft Compensation & Benefit related Manual
    10. Annual employee compensation statements

    11. Support HR process as required
    12. Support in digitization of reports/ process as required

    Required Candidate profile
    1. Should have 2-4 years of relevant experience out of which minimum 2 years of extensive experience in handling compensation and benefits
    2. Good English written presentation skills - as lot of drafting would be required
    3. Document Management skills
    4. Advanced level of Excel Macros etc and comfortable presenting information in PowerPoint
    5. Eye for detail - as need to work on management report
    6. Good on following up - as need to keep taking data from all team members on timely basis
