Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible to lead a team of sales people to achieve the sales targets of the company via the products and services.


  • Close management of the sales team through daily meetings and follow ups.
  • Effective on boarding of new clients.
  • Ensure effective retention of existing clients.
  • Handling the proposals.
  • Doing the analysis to increases business and sales.
  • Preparation of costing and tenders.
  • Helping in all kinds of support for the sales team.
  • Monitoring of activities and effectiveness of all team members.
Required Candidate profile
  • Thorough experience in leading a team.
  • Computation skills to generate costing.
  • Organizational skills to ensure effective leadership and management of resources.
  • Communication skills to effectively coordinate with other heads of departments.
  • Knowledge of the industry
Finance & Administration Manager

  • Oversee all accounts: stock, cash, payables and receivables.
  • Approval of purchases based on director guidelines.
  • Handling of Statutory Requirements as per local law.
  • Liaison with auditors.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Monthly reporting of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet to directors by 5th of the following month
  • Weekly accurate reports of Stock.
  • Following up debtors.
  • Weekly payment to creditors.
  • Clean and organized filing of documents.
  • Financial management and budgeting for creditor payments, salary, importation, investment etc. 
  • Handling of importations and stock control.
  • Monitoring system to ensure all stock used for jobs are recording and monitored for minimum wastage and loss.
  • Re-ordering material to keep in stock when low and monthly stocktaking.
  • Analysis for cost reduction.

  • Management of employee files (contracts, required documents, etc.)
  • Ensuring all staff are following company policies as per company handbook.
  • Issuing warning letters for non-compliance.
  • Monitoring of Reception, cleanliness, general office requirements of refreshments, photocopier, printer, toner, etc.
  • Vehicle maintenance: routine servicing, insurance and licenses.
  • Monitoring of fuel costs: monthly checks of mileage vs. fuel.
  • All finance related tasks will be done with the support and supervision of the Assistant Accountant.
  • All Administration tasks will be done with the support and supervision of the Receptionist and office assistants.
Required Candidate profile
  • Thorough knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Thorough experience in financial management and reporting
5+ years experience
