The Company is looking for an Executive Chef (local/expatriate) to be in charge of its Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high quality food and beverages to discerning passengers.
  • The person should have proven experience in innovative international airline cuisine which appeals to an exclusive range of sophisticated palates.
The ideal candidate should posses:
  • A culinary degree/diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proven track record with a Michelin star restaurant experience or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a senior culinary role in recognized Airline
  • Catering Company or a similar capacity for a minimum of five years.
  • Proven success in menu development and proactively committed to adding value
  • High standards of professional conduct with excellent communication and Presentation skills
  • Excellent Leadership skills, People Management skills with strong result orientation, attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Detailed knowledge of food safety and quality systems
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Should be below 50 years
