Develop new business opportunities and find new customers, including prospecting and qualifying leads, meeting new potential customers, making sales presentations to potential customers about the company and brands in his/her market.
Manage current business portfolio to ensure that current customers' needs are met, as well as identifying new opportunities with current customer base.
Coordinate company events that may include the following: Company Chef product demonstrations, cocktail parties, tradeshows, and/or pastry classes in their territory, etc.
Maintain up-to-date data related to customer base and complete weekly reports on company's CRM.
Assist Regional Sales Manager in the development of marketing plans for his/her territory.
Train, support and manage relationship with distributors and sales reps in his/her market.
