We are looking  for Account Coordinator

Role Summary

The Account Coordinator will be the lead person in customer account management including tracking of sales, and preparation of invoices and packing lists. The Account Coordinator will also be responsible for operational accountancy functions such as tracking of expenses and management of accounts receivables. The person for this role will have a strong ability in math, in addition to great team working skills

Account Coordinator Job Duties:
  • Monitor and report sales performance for products and customers
  • Prepare invoices and packing lists
  • Communicate day-to-day with customers to share product availability and take orders
  • Share production information to customers as needed
  • Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivables
  • Manage day-to-day account records and reporting (e.g. expenses, investments, cash flow)
  • Management of company legal records and certificates
  • Log and track customer requests and follow up with operations teams to ensure these are met
  • Any other tasks related to wider organizational mission as required by the management
Account Coordinator Skills, Qualifications, and Characteristics

The selected person should fulfill the following minimum requirements
  • Excellent numerical ability for all accounting and sales calculations

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Required Candidate profile


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related area of study

2 years work experience in sales or accounting 

Candidates with GCC driving license preferred
