Overview - To plan and ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities in an assigned region as per employee requirements in all the areas of administration meeting time cost and quality parameters. Job Specification:
  • Min 15 to Max 20 Yrs in HR Functions (Mandatory)
  • Leadership skills & ability to drive a sense of urgency in the administration ecosystem will be of paramount importance
  • Preferably from an IT/Software/B2B background/educational set ups, with exposure to international markets will be an advantage
  • Project management skills: manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a matrix-ed environment and focus on results in the form of engagement and leads

    Job Specification:
    • Min 12 to Max 20 Yrs in HR Functions (Mandatory)
    • Excellent Communication, presentation skills and Out of Box Thinker
    • Comfortable with number crunching and analytics (Good in MS-Excel)

    • He / She is expected to have experience at building cross function relationships within the organization, particularly at C-Level and senior management level
    Job Description:
    • Oversee timely & efficient on boarding & transfers of employees in the geography in compliance with the local regulatory norms
    • Provide inputs on training for managers and internal stakeholder on various compliance related aspects
    • Oversee delivery of training in the geography including mandatory training for various regions / countries
    • Oversee exit management including separation formalities, separation interviews, etc. in compliance with local regulations
    • Understand the HCL business and people strategy and derive the HR implications for the geography
    • Brainstorm with the Geo team and LoB HR Leads to create an HR plan for the geography (with focus on LoB specific requirements, large accounts, GDC, entity creation), covering multiple aspects of people management - talent acquisition and capacity planning for local hires, talent management, talent retention, etc
    • Oversee fulfillment of positions through external channels (direct / partners / referrals) and internal movements / res-killing / bench / IJP's in line with the business demand and manpower plan and within optimum costs and timelines, by continuous interaction with business and LoB HR Leaders / LoB TSC Leaders within the Geo
    • Review reports on attrition, utilization, average resource cost and other relevant metrics for onsite employees and assess its impact on business
