  • Position Summary:
  • To manage all branch operations including distribution, customer service and sales of products in accordance with Suam Objectives .He/She must provide all the necessary reports to the management to assist in critical decision making on a daily basis.
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Overseeing pricing and stock control.
  • To consistently liaise with the head office to gain necessary information on the existing products, prices etc.
  • To set sales target and ensure maximization of profits.
  • Monitor stock and re-order all the required items on time.
  • To ensure company rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Developing and implementing sales plan.
  • To ensure staffs in the branch provide better customer service at all times.
  • Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions and other relevant information.
  • Maintain up to date records on sales, inventory etc.
  • Increasing brand awareness within the location of the branch.
  • Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
  • Interacting with customers at all times to ensure full satisfaction of service provided.
  • Make suggestions for any necessary staff training.
  • To liaise with management and get direction before making critical decisions.
  • To confirm orders from any branch before issuance of goods and document them accordingly for future reference.
  • To consistently consult from the head office any unclear instruction and or request to get full clarity .
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management
