HR MIS Executive

HR Analytics:
1. Develop and extend existing HR /reports ( Recruitment + HR Services + Comp + Benefits) in order to present to senior Management
2. Develop SLAs for teams
Comp and Ben :
3. Responsible for handling and managing the Annual and Off-Cycle Salary Review, Promotion and Short-Term Variable Pay for the regions, inc processing employee increase letters
4. Calculations of Bonus and KPI achievement
5. Create Policy framework as applicable
6. Create Process documentation Audit HRMS Data periodically
7. Participate in compensation surveys and liaise with the survey providers through the year for updates and market related information
8. Benchmarking of compensation across countries to arrive at a competitive salary framework
9. Formulating and reviewing various HR Policies and Draft Compensation & Benefit related Manual
10. Annual employee compensation statements
11. Support HR process as required
12. Support in digitization of reports/ process as required

Required Candidate profile
1. Should have 2-4 years of relevant experience out of which minimum 2 years of extensive experience in handling compensation and benefits
2. Good English written presentation skills - as lot of drafting would be required
3. Document Management skills
4. Advanced level of Excel Macros etc and comfortable presenting information in PowerPoint
5. Eye for detail - as need to work on management report
6. Good on following up - as need to keep taking data from all team members on timely basis


Duties and responsibilities
  • Receive contract enquiries, establish suitability within the business, update and complete the necessary databases in line with the Company's quality assurance (QA) procedures
  • Review enquiries in detail; including the conditions of the contract, specifications, drawings and bill of materials etc., in order to identify opportunities, risks, strategic tenders and a suitable pricing policy
  • Follow through on enquiries from potential clients and help resolve issues, thereby increasing the accuracy of quotes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop the overall strategy for the tender in hand and, if required, visit the client to gain a solid appreciation of the client's requirements
  • Send out enquiries to the supply chain, ensuring that best prices are received by selecting the most suitable suppliers based on project requirements and selection criteria
  • Liaise and request support from other individuals in the organisation to produce programmes and quality submissions as dictated by the enquiry
  • Analyse the supply chain quotes and negotiate the best costs using knowledge of raw material costs and manufacturing rates across various countries and companies. Review their payment terms and conditions and compare against standard tender practices
  • Prepare tender analysis information and present this in a professional fashion for both internal analysis and presentation to the client
  • Prepare cost estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information to enable detailed contract reviews
  • Take-off and price items from the BOQ and tender drawings
  • Analyse mark-ups for presentation at the tender vetting meetings
  • Ensure the tender summary sheet is signed off in accordance with the company's QA procedures
  • Monitor tenders/quotations and attend meetings with the clients as required
  • Attend hand-over meetings between the estimating department and the operational and commercial teams and prepare sufficient information to enable the teams to take the project forward

Site Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities
The 'Site Supervisor - KSA' will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
Conduct daily site surveys
Set out/mark interior finishes on-site
Prepare work programme/project schedules in MS Project
Prepare daily site reports with necessary progress pictures and report progress to the Projects Manager (PM)
Plan and delegate work to foremen/chargehands depending on work requirements
Coordinate and follow-up work activities with various trades and third parties on-site, including MEP, mall management, landlord, tenant, etc
Monitor health and safety on site and report/highlight any accidents or other emergencies immediately to the PM
Liaise and follow-up with the factory team concerning the manufacture and delivery of joinery items in line with project requirements and schedule
Attend site meetings with client (along with the PM) to record discussions and act on points discussed
Sign off and record time sheets of workers on a daily basis
Check 'as-built quantities' by subcontractors
Submit Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon project close out
Submit project completion reports on-time for final account purposes

Personal qualities
The ideal candidate for this role has the following skills, personal qualities and experience:
5-8 years of previous experience in the fit-out industry, ideally working with professional fit-out contracting companies as part of their in-house workforce
Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment
Very strong technical and execution abilities
Computer literacy on appropriate programmes (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, etc.)
Understanding of all trades involved in the fit-out process, including MEP
