1.Driving the brand building agenda including packaging.
2.Driving the product development and category management agenda.
3.Engaging and acquiring new customers using various techniques and approaches.
4.Working closely with external advertising and design agencies and spearheading exciting and effective campaigns.
5.Using consumer insights to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative.
6.Managing marketing budgets and ensuring the resources are fully utilized.
7.Working closely with the rest of the marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns.
8.Conceiving and coordinating marketing campaigns alongside consumer partners.
9.Market research and benchmarking of target markets, analysis of company products in relation to competitors.

Required Candidate profile
1.MBA from a premier institute with 5+ years work experience in consumer marketing and brand/category management:
2.Entrepreneurial streak with up to date knowledge of cutting edge marketing techniques.
3.Previous above the line (ATL) marketing experience is essential.
4.Passion to drive the business through marketing interventions based on consumer and business understanding.
5.Having trade marketing or sales will be a plus.
6.Willingness to learn and develop with the role.
