Senior CNC Programmer
Qualification: Diploma or bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Production.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years experience in manufacturing environments. Excellent in Pro-E software , CAD CAM
Preparing CNC programs for 5-X ,HMC and VMC Managing a team of CNC operators
Pattern Maker
Qualification: Any degree in vocational school in carpentry or machinery.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience in pattern shop work related.
Should be able to work with pattern & core boxes in terms of repairing, batching & mounting. As well as working as a team member.
Forging Operator
Qualification: ITI/Diploma
Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience in similar field.
Forging job Responsibilities
Operate equipment such as forge presses.
Use hand and power tools to setup presses.
Blow off scale as required in order to produce quality forgings.
Maintain dies with the proper lube.
Provide assistance to the QC inspection of hot forgings.
Maintain and organize tooling.
Preheat dies and tooling as required.
Assist in safe material handling using overhead cranes and wheeled equipment as required and directed.
Assist maintenance during repair of forging equipment and furnaces as required.
Complete required operational data entry and maintain material traceability per operations requirements.
Reads job instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Operates and adjusts forge press according to guidelines and in a safe manner.
Performs set-ups and light maintenance and trouble shooting of forge press equipment.
Changes tooling and dies as required.
Accurately, completes production documentation (first piece approvals, routing tags, scrap tickets, etc.).
Utilizes specified gauges to insure proper product tolerances.
Daily preventative maintenance, remove and dispose of chips/shavings, replenish fluids/lubricants.
Comply with ISO requirements, safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas - perform 5S cleaning responsibilities
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Core Maker
Minimum of 2 years machine operation experience, If hand core maker -served 4 year Foundry apprenticeship.
Have the ability to carry out instructions from SOP & parameter sheets and to be able to record data on sheets on a regular basis
Manufacture cores by use of machine or by hand ramming to required standard of casting to be produced Work at required set rate for core box productivity Work using the required PPE
Senior Design Engineer
Qualification: Diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Production
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the Engineering department.
Should be in charge of other design engineers.
Will be assisted by draftsmen & other design engineers depending on the amount of work entailed
