Interview TYPE: CLIENT INTERVIEW:
Check and control over the target to be not short & excess of any item.
Check with the dept. purchaser about shortage and inquiry of their related dept.
Check with dept. purchaser and follow up regarding sales and movement of goods.
Check with purchase dept. regarding goods in transit and which goods arrived.
Check and follow up for aging item and try to finish it.
Check and maintain the GP and sales.
Check the comparison and find the reason of increase & decrease the sale & discuss with showroom manager & purchase manager.
Check and discuss with purchase manager regarding their purchase and inquiry.
Check and discuss with showroom manager about sales and how to display and if have any new idea for display.
Check the market and competitors to have knowledge about prices & latest fashion and trends.
Discuss with supplier to get more discount & special price for items & support for advertisement.
Review purchase requisitions for correct pricing, delivery & payment terms as per supplier quote and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products
Prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions
Prepare supporting documentation, conduct market research, develop market analysis and assist with strategy development
The ability to actively listen, communicate, effectively, build teams, readily adapt, persuade people, sell the benefits of purchasing involvement, effective time management, and selling a common vision to internal customers.
Awareness of business and cultural norms.
Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks.
