- High School Diploma, GED certificate or equivalent experience.
- Prior support experience of 1 year or above
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French language is mandate
- Demonstrated competency in Mac / Windows / Chrome Operating systems
- Basic understanding of iOS devices and MAC OS computers
- Familiar in navigating through Handheld, Desktop, Laptop platforms
- Deeply passionate about customer experience and making life simpler through technology
- Good typing skills (30 to 35 WPM).
