1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard.
2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
3. Design exceptional menus, as required by guest, procurement / update of service equipment and always striving for the new implementation as per current stanadrad.
4. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.

6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g.Tally)
7. Graduate in Commerce is mandatory

1. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
2. Update accounts receivable and issue invoice in hotel software / Tally.
3. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations on monthly bases.
4. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statement and other financial statement legally and sharing input for company accounting and financial guidelines.
5. Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
6. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
7. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly report.
8. Prepare monthly profit & loss report.
9. Assist store / purchase manager in identifying fluctuation of price in purchasing material


1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of Cashier experience.
3. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
4. High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
5. Basic maths and computer skills.
6. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.

1. Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in Fine dining restaurant for 3-5 years
2. Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system

6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
7. Active listening and effective communication skills

10. High school diploma; food safety training is a plus

1. Greet and escort guest to their tables.
2. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
3. Prepare table by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
4. Inform guest about chef special for the day.
5. Assist menu recommendation upon request.
6. Up-sell menu varities when appropriate.
7. While taking order, ensure to carry scribbling pad & pen, repeat the order once placed.
8. Kitchen order ticket to be placed in kitchen, write down any guest comments if any communicated.
9. Serve food course by course.
10. Clenliness of service material, portion bowls and presentation is must.
11. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
12. Present bill, check for feedback and collect cash / card.
13. Carry soiled plate, glass and silverware to dishwash for cleaning.
14. Daily briefing to review on day specials, change in the menu, table reservations (e.g. parties) budget for the month.
15. Follow all relevant health department regulations.
16. Provide excellent customer service to guests
