Customer Support Executives (Voice, Chats and Emails)

Candidates must have 1 to 2 year experience.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
 Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
 Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications. 
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.  
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Taking inbound calls. 
 Giving resolutions to the customers.
Good Communication Skills in English is mandate

Salary- 3500 AED (around 75000 INR)

Accommodation provided

Duty - 10 hrs

2 years renewable Contract
