In the role of Digital Operations Manager, you will oversee our Digital Operations Team, and in so doing play a significant and visible role in helping us scale our food ordering platforms on Mobile and Web. You will guide day-to-day priorities, shepherd key infrastructure projects, and help us develop the operational expertise that take us through our next wave of growth. As a servant leader, your focus will be on facilitating team progress, hiring and developing engineering talent, and ensuring that our systems are ready to support emerging business priorities.
This is a full-time position.
ï· 8-12 year's experience with Deep knowledge of web and mobile application platforms and related infrastructure technologies in Windows and Linux environments.

Order fulfilment management
Cloud Management ( Azure , AWS)
Azure SQL Database
Payment Gateway - Noon, Paypal , etc
CDN's - Akamai experience is Mandatory
Stack and performance optimizations
Run L2 Support and L2+ support teams - Run and plan for Monitoring both proactive and reactive using tools like NewRelic instrumentations and Troubleshooting
ï· Expert knowledge of secure operational concerns
ï· Experience with a DevOps operational model
ï· Experience with one or more cloud-hosting environments, with a working knowledge of Amazon or Azure Web Services.
ï· Operational experience with a 24x7 web-based SaaS platforms.
ï· At least 3 years managing software service operations teams
ï· Demonstrated ability to build and mentor a high performance team
ï· Ability to translate business priorities into viable technology initiatives, and deliver
ï· Strong English writing and verbal communication skills
